If a person called the police information desk at a police station 12 times in a day, each time asking a real question. Then called 12 more times the next day, each time asking a real question. What would be the odds that this person would be arrested for phone harrassment. And keep in mind that each time this person calls, the same operator will be picking up the phone.

More than likely if the questions are serious, the police can't and won't arrest someone for calling all the time. If they could, buisnesses would get irritating customers arrested, and individual people would do the same.

If these questions are being asked for the express purpose of wasting the police operators time, and/or draw their attention of something or someone else, then you could be arrested for harassment.

Although I believe personally there is probably a better outlet for your many questions other than the police department....I would think they would at least ask or maybe even warn you against further calls before just arresting you and wasting even more police time....now, if this person is there basically to just answer questions like yours then I say use the resource.
this answer i s just my opinion though, so dont quote me if an officer knocks on your door...lol

depends how much of the questions are serious enough to not take up the operators time... if they're stupid questions, the police station will probably arrest them on the fact for calling without reason.... so i'd say 60% if the questions are stupid 20% if serious....

Depends on the conversation. Depends on the people involved. You've left to much out of the equation to accurately determine the percentage.

Depends on what the questions are. Like, if you're asking what time it is, they might get a little bit irritated.
