I am in a 12 man Fantasy Football league with the 12th pick in the draft (snaking order).

What strategy would you recommend given this position?

I am concerned about the relative value of RB's ranked between the top 10 and 20...and have been considering instead taking one RB and one WR, or possibly the top two WR and going a little out on a limb for RB sleepers this year.

Thanks for the help!

you can't take 2 WR. You need to get at least one RB, though I'd still go for 2 (based on what's out there).

Someone before you will take Manning, and if you're lucky, a WR will go at #11. The best you can hope for realistically, is that only 9-10 RB are gone when your turn comes.

Another 9-10 will be gone before you pick again leaving you with total crap to choose from. You could realistically expect to land Mcgahee and Jordan or Cadillac with your 2 picks. That ain't bad!
