I had a miscarriage with a D & C in January and my periods are still like every 6-8 weeks. I don't think I have had a regular period since my miscarriage.

When I had a miscarriage, my period was like 4 or 5 weeks later, but then I got pregnant, but since I have had my baby my period has only been like every 8 weeks or so.
I think it all depends on your body.

Every woman is different but it should not take longer than a few months to get regular periods again. It also depends on how severe the miscarriage was. Definitely see your doctor.

I have had two miscarriages and with each one, the time to return to "normal" was different. The first one took about 3 months and the second one took 9 months. There are so many factors that come into play like activity level, stress, food you eat, etc. Talk to your doctor.

If you do not get your period in 8 weeks call your doctor your hormones may be off balance.

When I miscarried to took 2 months to get back to normal. I was under alot of stress though. If you are worried about it you should go talk to your obgyn and see what they say about it. They will be able to give you something to help regulate.
