Breast implant is the answer if you are looking for a quick answer.. but I personally don't feel that its the best solution.
But before going for any of those implants try this. This personally helpmed a few whom I know :

Well unfortunately gaining weight is one way to make your breasts bigger naturally.
Unnaturally-breast implants. Depending on where you are from, there are usually many many surgeons that are familiar with breast augmentation. If you are into this route-my advice would be to talk to several different surgeons, and ask people (even on yahoo answers) that are from your area--which surgeons are the best.

But I have heard an intresting rumor about the KFC chicken affect
If you eat a lot of KFC then your breasts will get bigger

you didnt say what size you are? im a small 34b and i used to worry about being too small, untill i stopped taking notice of what everyone sais you should look like, i met a fella who cant stand big boobs! i reckon too many women let outside influences get to them and in the end everyones gonna have big boobs an breast implants. what if these magazines/stars suddenly change their mind on what looks sexy and hip? an says small is betta? everyones f##cked then. so be proud to even have a nipple!

Get implants? Don't ,major surgical procedure = scars . Can get infected ,is expensive , may not always turn out right. Bigger boobs= back pain and sagging. Use pads and push bras less expensive , not permanet.

Two ways only- Padded bras, or implants. Why would you want big breasts anyway. If I had a choice, I would trade my large ones for small anyday. Unless you are sucked in to the male "big boob" fantasy. Be yourself, love yourself.

Butt cleavage or breast cleavage? Well, I'm a D cup and as for my butt goes I cannot talk about other guys but my husband is very content with it. If I had to choose, I'll take the butt.

The cream, pills, and pregnancy are only temporary.
