What would be the odds that this person would be arrested for phone harrassment. And keep in mind that each time this person calls, the same operator will be picking up the phone.

It is more than likely that the dispatcher you are calling will ask you if you have any more questions. If you keep persuing the issue by calling even more than you will likely get a visit from your local police officer working the beat in your area because they can trace all of your calls. Why are you doing that anyway. The dispatcher and police officers might have better and more important things to do than deal with that crap. You will get a citaiton in leiu of an arrest for phone harrassment. If you continue to call after that then you will be arrested.

Well if you made all the way to 12 without getting arrested, I'd say you just have a better chance of being ticketed than arrested...

ODDS ARE ABOUT 99% CHANCE OF BEING ARRESTED,IT MAY BE A REAL CALL BUT IF YOU CAN'T BE HELPED AFTER THAT MANY CALLS THEY CONSIDER YOU A BA-52 OR CRAZY PERSIN,I AM A PARAMEDIC AND ALSO WORKED IN DISPATCH AND PEOPLE GET ARRESTED ALL THE TIME FOR ABUSE OF THE 911 SYSTEM!
