Bronzers can work for people with darker skin...some companies make many different shades. If you have dark skin, go with a darker bronzer with gold shimmer. It will show up on your skin, and give you the glow you want.

nah i'm black and wear bronzer -- it just makes my skin a little shimmery which is really nice in the summer. it would work well on brown skin just dont use a lot cuz then you come off looking like a christmas ornament

Anyone whose skin tans can wear a bronzer. Just make sure you get a color that is darker than your skin tone.

Yes. Bronzers aren't necessarily for darkening the skin. They reflect light and give you a sun-kissed glow. Use a large powder brush to sweep it on the apples of your cheeks and cheek bones, above your brows and the bridge of your nose (where the sun would naturally hit you).

they make bronzer for every skin color...I dont use it..because it doesnt really work for my skin type. but they do make a color my skin tone...color has nothing to do with...go to a department store like Dilliard's or macy's or bloomingdales..wherever they sell make-up and have a cosmetics person help you find the right one

It would you just need to get the right shade for a nice glow. Go to a local dept store and ask for a free consult on what shade would work best for you.

That's not true. I have brown skin too and I use one from "The Body Shop" That I love.

I sweep it on the apples of my cheeks, my nose, forhead and chin for a sunkissed look, or I use it as blush.

well, bronzers are to help color a person's skin. you probably don't need it. get a good blusher if you want some color.
