When they can use another account to ask worst questions?

Well on here a suspension is more like an expulsion; I've had these 2 questions on my watch list for months now and neither of their accounts have been reactivated by the Answers team. If you get suspended you're not coming back on the same 17 digit tracking code your computer sends either.
But yeah it's supposed to teach them a lesson but there are several ways of getting around it. Many old spammers who were suspended eventually came back on here.

They think it's for a lesson. But im in school and some do it TO get suspended.
