Iwhere can I find software that will allow me to take photos from my webcam,I do not have the orginal software that came with my cam.Is there any place I can get software that will allow me to do this,and it has to be free. thanks I looked on the website of the company that makes it and the link is broken.

Check the website of the brand of webcam you have. I know you said the link is broken but keep trying it as it will be your best bet to get the correct software needed for your application. Try a web search for your cams software or perhaps you can find some generic brand software that will function with your app.

Your best bet for finding software for your webcam is to try and go to the website of the brand of the webcam. There will most likely be a link for downloads or something like that where you can download what you need. Also if you know the name of the software you need you can try www.downloads.com
