The point of the "secret" or security questions are to protect your identity. Get the answers to these questions correct, and you get your credit report. They tend to be basic questions - "we show you have a car loan with XYZ Bank - out the following choses, which one is your monthly payment?" These are things you would know, or be able to find easily.
If you don't know the answers, then maybe you're dealing with a "shady" site... You can pay for your report from one of the top 3 (Experian, Equifax and Transunion), or free from all 3 through www.annualcreditreport.com once a year. You need your date of birth, social security number, current address, previous address (if less then 2 years at current) and be able to answer two very easy security questions. If you can't answer those, then I question your intent. My questions were who's your mortgage company, and what's your month payment from a multiple choice of answers.
Good luck! : )

You should know the answer to secret questions. Get out all credit card statements and car loans, home loans, student loans...etc. Those questions are usually based on stuff like that.
