Fatigue is a symptom of many things from Diabetes to just plain old not getting enough rest at night. Have you had trouble sleeping lately? Have you swapped mattresses lately? Have you altered your routine? All of these are thing to ask yourself. My Advice, go see your physician, tell him your symptoms, i had this same problem a few years back and it turns out that i was depressed. This may not be your case, but i didn't think that i was depressed either. WebMd also has good resources to check out on the subject.

it could be depression, manifestation of a chronic sickness, lack of nutrients and vitamins, stress, overwork. there are many possibilities. you should see a doctor and get it checked. I use to be like that. i felt so tired by 7pm that i just got to sleep when i get home aound that time. everyone around me noticed my lack of energy through my movements. I didnt take proper meals, most of the time i skipped them. It was as good as fasting but without the feeling of hunger and thirst. It turned out i was under stress at my workplace. talk to someone who cares about you and visit the doctor. Take vitamin supplements and energy drinks if you don't have any appetite , it helps a little. but still check it oout with a doctor

If you eat a lot of processed food such as take aways or junk food like burgers, your body will produce signs of lethargy as it is having no real nutrition and needs to slow down in order to digest. Try eating fresh fruit and vegetables, seeds, nuts, wholegrains, oily fish and lots of filtered water.
Dead food = lethargy, live food (raw) = energy.

Try cutting bread out of your diet.

I did it and it made a huge difference! It can be hard to avoid it altogether but if you make an effort to have something else if there is an alternative you will really see the results!

Its prob your diet.everything always leads back to diet.you could be dpressed about something.maybe have genetic depression which is inherited.Even if so the best way to combat depression and no energy is to diet and excercise...do not go on any prescription drugs ....just try to discipline yourself on the diet and get more active in whatever form of excercise you choose. weightlifting , and playing basketball really helps me.

You could be anemic- a low iron count in the blood. Ask your doctor for a blood test to see if it is- always have your doctor's confirmation before taking any medication.

Unhealthy diet? Lack of sleep? If you're doing all the things you should, you may be anaemic- get a blood test done at the hospital.
