Yes, it cleans out really bad stuff in your gut ( I hear it gets out waste that was there since you were an infant ). The after effects are good too. Improved digestion and a really clear head, for some reason. The only thing is that I would recommend drinking Pro-biotic drinks for a week after as the irrigation also gets rid of good bacteria in your gut.

If you really want a good body cleansing, you should do the 'Lemonade' Detox. Its great for weight loss and cleansing.

What a cockamamie idea! If you are eating whole grains, fruits and veggies, your gut is doing its job just fine without interference. Why would you want to flush some foreign fluid up there? The idea that stuff has been there since infancy is patently absurd. Why, as an infant you weren't even eating solid food.

Use common sense and keep your money in your own pocket!

I was offered this once but refused. A male friend tried it and said it was great. No bad effects and he felt wonderful .
He is now a recluse in Buddhist Monastery so I cannot get treatment details.
I am not sure if the 2 are connected :)

No it's not a good idea because it flushes all the good bacteria out as well as the bad.

What amazes me is that this is very new and if it was so marvellous it would've taken the world by storm - does the same job as fibre and light exercise do. Big con.
