"Satisfying your girl" is really only relevant to each couple in my opinion. No two people share love exactly the same, and each person has their own way of expressing love, which may or may not be appreciated by the partner or spouse. So, what I'm trying to say is, there is no set of rules, or "proper" criteria between two people in love, it's what works best that works best :)

There is no such thing as a "best" position. Women are all different and reach orgasm differently with different partners. And please keep in mind, some women never have an orgasm while others never have them solely from vaginal intercourse!
