Hi!
The little blisters can be from the heat (like a heat rash) or it can be from your skin rubbing against something that irritates it... like when your jeans rub against your skin while you are sweating...
It can also be from very dry skin.
It could be a bacterial skin infection- and in this case, you will need to see a doctor.
It could be herpes... you never did say where the blisters were...
If you think it is just a heat rash or blisters caused by friction from your clothes, etc... then wash the skin area with anti-bacterial soap, dry well. Then clean the area with peroxide, dry well. Then sprinkle medicated powder on the area before you get dressed... or at the very least, use baby powder. If you want, you can use the soap and the powder only.
Also, think about changing your detergent. It could be irritating your skin.
If you think your skin might be too dry (the area around the blisters will tell you)... then try a good lotion.
If that doesn't fix the problem... you will need to see a dermatologist. She can tell you exactly what you have and can give you medicine.
:)
Best Wishes...
T.

There are two types of herpes simplex virus: HSV-1 and HSV-2. Both virus types can cause sores around the mouth (herpes labialis) and on the genitals (genital herpes). Cold sores are caused by the herpes simplex virus (HSV).
Cold sores sometimes called fever blisters, are groups of small blisters on the lip and around the mouth. The skin around the blisters is often red, swollen, and sore. The blisters may break open, leak a clear fluid, and then scab over after a few days. They usually heal in several days to 2 weeks.
The herpes simplex virus usually enters the body through a break in the skin around or inside the mouth. It is usually spread when a person touches a cold sore or touches infected fluid—such as from sharing eating utensils or razors, kissing an infected person, or touching that person's saliva. A parent who has a cold sore often spreads the infection to his or her child in this way. Cold sores can also be spread to other areas of the body.

This is called a cherry spot. It is an vein that comes to the surface of your skin. It probably can be fixed with a laser. They will not go away on their own. People usually get them on their legs. Cherry Spots are not unusual, a lot of people get them.
