Make it yourself if you have sewing abilities or have a local seamstress make it for you. The pattern catalogs at Joann's (they have 99c pattern sales all the time as opposed to $8-15 elsewhere) have cheerleading patterns in kids' sizes and the costume can be made to look just like the real thing for a fraction of the cost.

Go to the Oklahoma University website and check out their bookstore. They probably carry them in all sizes.

You could construct it yourself. Buy the right colored blouse or sweater and skirt, and make the letters out of felt, and sew them on. A toy store should carry pom poms.
