Anyone reading my questions will see that i've had problems with a friend who'se boyfriend thinks we are an item. My question relates to a friend who is single and i have known for many years, I have recently found out that she may have to leave the country in order to find a job. Do i continue as her friend and hope things work out for her or do i tell her that i have fallen in love with her?

i would just tell her what is the worst thing she can say...you's will allways be friends..I had a guy friend like that but he wasnt moving to another country but he did have a girlfriend...we are still friends to this day i will never regeat that i told him how i felt about him...i still love him he is the best guy friend i will ever have

Stop hiding behind this freinds thing.
You secretly cherishing these ladies does nothing for you. If you love this girl then tell her how you feel. If you cant handle her rejection then move on but don;t put yourself in limb by deluding yourself its all about freindship.
You might also look down on the other girl's boyfreind and some macho grunt who doesnt know how to treat your freind with respect, am I right?
Right now your just lazily casting your affections to all and sundry and not commiting to anything.

You have to go with what your heart tells you. If you are really inlove for her tell her but also tell her that she is still able to leave the country if that is one of her dreams. Make sure that she understands you don't want to be in her way.
And another thing, just be supportive. Leaving a country is nervewrecking.

Tell her before it's too late. She may not change her mind about leaving but at least she will know. It will put your mind at rest too.
