Usually, anything green. Green stuff (alfalfa, spirulina, milk thistle, etc.) clears the liver so that it can do its job to purify blood. Eat anything green and take herbal supplements made from green "stuff".

I would suggest you also find a naturopath (see www.trinityschool.org for a list of graduates in your state). They will be able to help you find the cause of the imbalance.

Blue Green Algae - it's available at most health food stores. Sometimes called Chorella. It's reasonably priced, easy to take and the only side effect is gas if you take too much to start off.
