Do right mouse click on desktop, properties, go to tab Settings and change the resolution to 800x600

Right click on the Desktop, then select properties.
Click on the Settings tab and slide the screen size back to 800 X 600. If that is too big, then slide it one more to the right 1024 X 768

If you mean the text of the screen, select View from the top toolbar, click textsize and choose a bigger text.
