There's no way you can determine fertility or sperm count by just looking at the semen. If you're worried, talk with a doctor.
Not sure what you mean by a "runny ejaculation"? You mean he doesn't squirt out the j*zz? Some guys just don't. The amount of semen also varies from several reasons.
If something's leaking outta his penis btw sexual intercourse, he'd better go se a doc asap.

Ejaculation is often runny!!
Dont worry about it - the only way you can check for low sperm count is by getting a test done at your doctors.

I assume then that you are trying to get pregnant? Why else would you care?
Sperm form a tiny part of the ejaculate. Most of it is fluid to help the sperm get to their target, and to to keep them alive while they are travelling. The consistency is not an issue for sperm motility or sperm count.

what do u want it to shoot out like a lump of butter its liquid liquid is runny u shud really think about it and im sure if he was worried he would of posted this or seen a doctor

dear friend sperm count is only detectable by microscopic studying not the consistency of semen.
