Anyone who has left their spouse and said that you are going to divorce them.. How long did it take before you heard anything about it officially?
My wife left just over 3 months ago saying she was going to divorce me and I have heard absolutely nothing.. whats the usual time frame?
I am tired of not knowing if she is serious or not and want to know if there is still a chance here...

She is stringing you along. She knows you are hoping to get her back..so she just does what she wants, and you are the safety net. Go file the divorce and don't let her get you into the begging thing.

Depends on if she has filed anything with the courts yet. It also depends on the laws in your state. In VA you have to wait 6 months without kids and if you have kids you have to wait a year. If you haven't recieved any paperwork yet its most likely that she has not done anything yet. If I were you I would file the papers myself and see if she's really serious or not!

You need to get yourself a lawyer and file the papers...she may have just been bluffing and in the meantime she could be out there running up debt and acting a fool...and guess who will have to pay for it??? Yea...you....

I'm sorry to say sweetie that if you haven't heard anythign chances are you aren't going to. Her lack of response to you is a decision in and of itself. She sounds very serious that it's over. I'm sorry.

She's not coming back if it's been 3 months. You go and file on her . She'll either come back or sign the papers. If she signs the papers....Good Riddance.....You're better off.

Thats sweet. To find that out call her and tell her dont wait for the papers, if you love her and it workable you go make it work. Unless its something you did, that you know she will not forgive..... good luck
