You might want to get a ultra sound on your Gallbladder. I had a friend of mine that was miss-diagnosed with an ulcer/acid reflex and it ended up being their Gallbladder.

it could ber an ulcer, I would have it checked out, if not an ulcer, its probable stress, you should have that checked out also.
