Hey all, I am male, 18 years old and I study acting here in Los Angeles since I was 15. It's my dream to become an actor (screen). I am quite good looking, my height is 5'4" 1/2 (without any shoes and about 5'7 at the very most WITH shoes...), would you say I am short? Do I still have the potentiality to grow taller after 18, even few more inches? Do you think my height will influence the opportunities of being able to get acting jobs here in Hollywood? Serious roles, not a Gary Coleman or a Danny DaVito (with no offense to them...lol)
I've studied many years to come to this point and now at the thought that height could influence my future depresses me greatly. What do you people think? Thank you for taking time to read!

Looks have a large turn in a person's life. The external form of a person is ideal in the eyes of the world when every feature is come up with in flawlessness or very nearly there. Of them, height represents an important role.
Height isn't just a number is one of the crucial conditions in a lot of areas: sports, being a part of the defense power, wooing some body, obtaining a job or just bolstering one's confidence so, if you wish to be a bit taller you have to make use of this program https://tr.im/FprZa , grow taller 4 Idiots.
The combination of amino acids with growth hormones, would indeed lead to a taller stature and this really is what you will learn from that guide, the way to put that mix used since the program actually benefit many people.

No it doesn't matter. Hollywood can make you look taller, Tom cruise is only like 5"7 or 5"8, so if you make it big, then whenever you goto big events just make sure you pop on your height increasing boots or shoes. If you are a damn good actor and dont look half bad then there is no reason why you can't be a big time star in hollywood.
Unless your a model for magazines or clothing companies, height won't matter.

hasn't seemed to affected Danny Devito or Jason Alexander or Elija Wood, plus you're a lot better looking than them. Just look at all of the great actors in movies today that are short. Your acting is what makes you great, not your height. You might lose a role or two because of it but most casting directors and directors will want someone strong on screen. Good luck.

if you have been studying acting since you were 15, then you should have learnt that art is nothing to do with height or weight as long as you are good in your job. Think about Al Pacino. There are things which can make you a giant regarding cinema

Of course height matters in Hollywood. It's the most superficial city ever. You may be able to land small jobs, as an extra or in commercials, but nothing major.

Nah Tom Cruise is like 5' 2" and ****. **** height I tell my man that all the time. He's 5' 6" and thats his flaw to him. I think it's bull crap. There's a lot of short dudes out there. Don't worrry about it kid. You good. Just worry about your techniques.

Short people have an advantage in hollwood, unlike the stage, camera angles can compensate. Did you know that Salvester Stallone is short? I bet you never even imagined.

i think you would be surprised at the height of many famous actors/celebrities like Tom Cruise and Sylvester Stallone. work on your skills and height won't be an issue!

What about Tom Cruise? Arnold Schwar.? I don't believe you have to be tall...I do believe it may increase your chances though. If they can make some adults look like hobbits, I'm sure they can make you look taller if your acting blows them away.
