It takes a lot of strength to slide my door open and shut. Have cleaned the bottom track and spray WD 40, which helps a little. Is there an adjustment I can do?

Yep. You'll see a hole in the edge of each side of the door near the bottom. There's a screw adjustment in there that will raise the wheels as they wear down.

Yes. On the top and bottom of your door there are 2 plastic plugs. If you pull these plugs out inside is either a allen head screw, or a flat head screw. Turn these clockwise (I think) and it will lower the door. When you make an adjustment, try the door to see if its harder or easier to open the door. Keep adjusting until it moves freely. When your done though, make sure that the lock still latches and try lifting the door to make sure that you cant open the door when its locked.

If it doesn't seem to be any of the adjustments suggested then get a dry cake of soap and rub it on the bottom rail once a week.
