If you ALWAYS bowled a strike, you would be making loads of money. Although there is a technique to making strikes, the odds of doing it every time would literally be called a miracle. Of course practice helps, getting the RIGHT ball, knowing where to stand to hit your spot, wearing the correct bowling shoes will add to you achieving a good score and it is possible to bowl a 300 game, once in a while.

i like it .. no longer competitively yet only for the exciting and social nature of it! lots of practise. maybe join a league. get ur own ball aswell so u can get it fitted to size of ur fingers and the weight u want. but apart from that lots of practise and other things the pros do - like cleaning ya ball , maybe a wrist thingy could help

Try to roll the ball straight to the centre of the lane. But you need to keep your hand straight when you let go the ball. Need to squad lower before you let go the ball.
