Read books. That's how I learned new words. Or, you could thumb through a thesaurus, that's what I do sometimes to find odd sounding words.

Or if you meant how to memorize the vocabulary you need to memorize, write them over and over again. I usually remember things after I do that.

Read as much as possible. Keep a dictionary nearby, and look up any new or unfamiliar words. Write down the new words (with the meaning), and use them yourself in writing and speaking.

Anytime you don't understand the meaning of a word, refer to a dictionary and then use that word in a sentence. This really helps.

Put the words into sentences. Match the words to their deffinitions. And use them in conversation.

you need to use it 6 times in one day as part of your normal conversation. if you are able to do this then you have mastered the new word.
