of course... there are many successful people who didnt even attend post-secondary institutions...
college is one way that can lead to success, but certainly not the ONLY way...
that is, of course, if you are referring to professional and/or monetary success... being a morally good person can make you a success too =) its all your point of view

Yes. I suppose that a university degree helps, as it shows that you are able to see something through to the end, they will not look at your degree solely to see what qualifications you have. I've been told first-hand of what happens when you go for a desk job soon after leaving university, you become the photo-copy boy and have to make the coffee, etc... You quite frankly have to work your way up and everything you learnt at Uni was either unneccesary or can be learnt within the first few months of working at the workplace. It is valuable to employers as it shows that you can work and that you do have some level of expertise, whereas if you didn't have one employers will be uncertain of a) your attitude to work and b) to what level of understanding do you have of what you are applying for.
What really determines your success in life is your attitude, Bill Gates dropped out of Harvard University in his second year! University isn't for everyone, which can be a general mis-conception in our society, where if you don't or didn't go to university you will fail - it really depends on what you want to do!
This is only my opinion however. I'm going to a University myself, however I can see that it is not for everyone, not all my mates are going because they know what they are doing in life and have just gone for it.

Of Course! It might be harder to get your foot in the door, but a degree is really just a piece of paper if you don't have the common sense you need as a person. Lots of people are millionaires who never finished college - or high school for that matter. I guess you have to ask yourself, however, if you didn't finish college, are you prepared to complete the goals and objectives you need to be successful. Good Luck!

There are plenty of jobs that don't require a college degree. Although it's a good idea to take a few classes at a trade school or community college so that you have some skills to offer an employer.

These days, it might be hard, but the owner of Walmart never went to college, neither did the owner of Family dollar stores. Something to think about. Also, wealth doesn't mean success. If you have a loving family, kids that don't end up in jail or on drugs, I'd say you were successful.

If your lucky enough to have the chance certainly get the degree, or later in life you will wish you did, and then you will be so caught up in your lifestyle at that point, you wil never be able to find the time. Also, it is easier to learn now, instead of going back to school later. I really wish I would have, but now I have so many years in a job that I know I could of done better, and would of been happier, but its just to late for me.

Of course you can! First you must define what successful means to you.
If it means having a wonderful family, great friends and people that respect you, no a college degree is not necessary.
All you need is a good heart
I hope this helps
