It is free and definetly worth it. I save money all the time on dog & cat food, litter, toys, and treats. A few times a year I also receive specific coupons in the mail from PetSmart. They discontinued the frequent buyer program about 2 years ago.

I used to work for a Petco, but I have both cards. They can save you money sometimes - It depends on what you get. I think Petsmart has a frequent buyer program for premium dog and cat foods (as does Petco), so you can possibly get a free bag of food.
Personally, I dislike those stores. Maybe it's because I've been on the inside.

Both my mother and sister have one and they use it all the time they go to petsmart so I think it is worth it. Depending on how many times you go to petsmart it is worth it... If you only go there a couple of times a year then it is probably not really worth it. It all depends on how you feel about having one.

I saved .27 once. Most of the stuff I need I have to get from a smaller, specialty store. No, not worth it for me.

it's free, so yes, it's worth it if it saves you anything.
