Anything I can do to fix this? I am lazy and don't want to repaint the walls, d'oh!

No kidding, let's see I'll rub this abrasive pad on flat, cheap, latex paint. And I'll keep doing it here, there, and everywhere. Duh.

Buy a Picasso and hang it over the mark.

It has oil in it. You are going to have a lot of trouble removing it. Options:
-Spray it over the whole wall so it looks the same.
-Try using some 409 and see if it won't remove the oil from MR. Clean

get some oxy clean powder.
mix milld solution.
wipe the whole wall down gently , with a sponge
having another sponge and bucket for rinse.
do it as many times as needed.

if this doesn't work,
the wall will be clean for painting.

a little apple cider vinegar dabbed on a warm wet cloth may smooth the tan coloring out
