You can't be in love with 3 women at the same time... You are getting love mixed up with lust and infatuation. You do need to make a choice because some one will get hurt and that someone may turn out to be you. It isn't right to play or toy with others emotions and and feelings.

You're not in love with 3 girls you are in lust.
Love is when you have feelings for someone for who they are not their looks, someone you can see yourself being happy with forever, someone you can see yourself having kids with and someone who will be the only female in your life for ever. If you can't see yourself being happy with just one of these women for ever then you aren't in love.
If one of these women had a horrific car accident and ended up badly scarred so badly she was hideous to look at would you still want to be with her ? if no then you aren't in love you're in lust
