I have my name and everything at the top and references available upon request at the bottom, but I didn't want my name and everything out there for everyone in the world to see.

A resume should be only one page. Employers glance through resumes--don't overwhelm them--keep it clear and concise. For example, you can easily leave out 'Completed numerous courses...'

Be sure to include a section for References Available on request. You can list these on a separate sheet; if asked for this, you will have it handy.

You Objective statement should tell the potential employer what you are offering to bring into that organization, not just what you expect to get from it.

Be sure to put your name at the top in bold, all caps, say, 14 point font. Then in 12 font under this , your address, phone #, and e-mail address. To make this stand out, consider a double line (Format, Borders and Shading, Borders tab. Choose the double line, thick & dark with a thin line under it).

not really. you have summed up what you did just fine. when i receive a resume. i dint need a novel in each job category, just a basic overview.
your other jobs have an impressive list. a resume should only be an addition to the job application, and you can go into greater detail at an interview.

your objective is too vague. you should not be asking for a position that will 'help you' with anything. makes it sound like you need training. the employer wants someone who is good to go. you want something is descrining what you are looking for.

am going to provide you with a couple of good web sites that i use in my profession.
