It's great for tuna melts, on crackers, or even a plain jane tuna salad sandwich. I make it with just tuna, mayo, and sweet relish.

Mash up the tuna with some mayonnaise, corn, chopped tomato, finely chopped onion, and a little salt. Then spoon into crisp salad leaves. I have it with sweet tea, and a bagel.
