You are asking a question that every one tries to avoid because,it is very hard to answer.Believe me it really hurts my heart and soul to see political killing and civil war around Africa. NO. As long as there are power hungry people in this world there will continue to be these senseless deaths. The US tries to help other countries...that is why we are in Iran, to stop the useless murders of people who didn't agree with Saddam, but we can't be everywhere. I believe it will continue in our world...sad & senseless.
