I thought that is was a pretty good movie. She can act pretty good. I would rather judge her on acting as someone not herself, you know?
My thing is...how hard is it to act like you?
ohh and the church seen were she came in pregnant singing to her momma almost made me cry for real.

I like her and I don't live far from where she grew up. I liked the movie okay, but I felt it was sort of thrown together and left some things unanswered. Plus, I think it should have been titled The Fantasia Barrino Story, Part One. You know there is much more to tell after-the-fact. (For instance, who showed up with their hands out?) I hope Fantasia continues to be a success professionally and personally.

Good movie, only because I felt that she did have a story to tell. Showing young people today that life can be what you make it, that having faith, courage and the confidence to pursue and acheive your dreams can be done if you do the work and just beleive. Moral of the story: Never give up!
