name this game HINT: they play it alot of times during tailgate parties?????

ok the game involes golfballs, pipeing, rope and people the pipeing is 3 bars high an then there are golfballs with ropes that run through them and you have to throw them and make them land on the pipeing to get points BUT I WANNA KNOW THE NAME OF THIS GAME!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!1
