I am listening to the humming of the air conditioner, the keyboard racing away as my coworker is actually doing her work, the laughter of another coworker telling about her adventures with her boyfriend last night, and quiet whispers of another coworker, in her native language, on the phone. Somewhere also I can hear the loudness of a garbage truck dumping garbage into its dumpster. All the while the phones are ringing off the hook, waiting for someone to answer. Okay back to work....
