I go with razr . I have one and they are pretty good. I don't really know about Pebl.

I have used both phones. The Pebl is a better phone. Although the Razr is thinner, it is bigger in height and width. Plus, the Pebl is a really easy to open phone that can be opened with one hand. All you have to do is pull the face down and it pops open. Plus, the voice dialing feature is fantastic. Unlike the Razr, you do not have to train the phone to do voice dialing. You simply press the button and speak the name exactly how you input it in your phone. With the Razr, you have to train each one. Plus, the Pebl comes in more colors. pebl is just an overpriced phone, no good functions in it.
