This is when you know you really enjoy sex with your partner. When you are so relaxed and its great this may happen think about it? For a woman all of your mussles are relaxed and the pressure on that part of your body can make this happen unexpectedly and for a man when he is pushing hard it can also happen. This only happened a couple of times to me but its human. Sex isnt clean look what else comes out of those parts when your not having sex. Just roll with it and be a woman.

Was it intentional or accidental? I had it happen with an ex but I just tried to overlook it since it was obviously accidental (you could tell by the look on his face: PURE SHOCK). Luckily we just laughed about it and it wasn't too awkward. Granted we were laughing so hard we could finish what we started.
