it is to early to take a urine test try calling a doctor... you should wait until you have missed your first period befor you take a test or at least a week befor.... nipple tenderness is not a sure sign of pregnancy... that could just mean your period is on its way....

Gosh, I wish these idiots wouldn't waste our time with stupid comments instead of real answers! Sorry, it's just getting irritating.
Anyway, those were two of the biggest indicators to me when I was pregnant both times - especially the nipple tenderness. However, if you think you just conceived then chances are your HCG level isn't high enough to register on an hpt yet. I would wait another week and then either try another hpt or go to your OB and have them do a blood test to see if you're pregnant.

Your nipples can be sensitive, and you can be tired before your period.
If you conceived Monday or Tuesday you will not notice pregnancy symptoms until two weeks from now.

Sounds like PMS to me. Before my cycle my nipples get tender and hurt. I also get extremely tired and fatigued. This all happens like a week before my cycle.

Nipples get tender, and you slept for 4 hrs because you were tired....go see a doctor if you're concerned.

not to burst your bubble...but that is also signs of your period coming...i know that when mine is (period) coming i have pretty much the same symptoms that i had when i was in the beginning of my pregnancy's...
