I know how you feel. I watch my little brother, pretty much everyday and my friends have jobs or are busy or live to far away to come over. It gets boring.
I either read or find some games online or answer questions on here. Hope you can find something to do.

u have to being little bit sincere about ur self n u can maintain new intrest in music, dancing, reading( I prefer most), internet, education, u have to become self indipendent then ater u fill ur self as a coplete girl. whenever u r with ur frineds n familly its good for u but when u r alone thank god to give u some more special time for urself only.

look for a hobby that you can enjoy on your own.
make sure that it is not something that you just do to make time pass by, because if you actually enjoy what you're doing, you'll wish you have more time. for example, playing musical instrument, going into arts, reading books, etc.
not only will you have fun (if successful), you might excel in it as well and actually have a second career.
