pros and cons to both obviously....and i probably really won't decide strictly on what the Answers community tells me. i'm just curious...if i gave you details, it would affect the results. so, pack up the bags, or stick it out?

Hard to know what you are talking about to be honest....
The old saying of "better the devil you know than the devil you don't" may apply...
But then "get the fcuk out" also rings true...
You are the master of your own destiny, if you are unhappy enough to ask on this website, maybe it would be better to leave (this may feel like the harder choice now, but in the long run it will be easier for you)
