It's "Chicken Fried Steak" day down at the local cafe here. Mmmmm good like mama used to make with (green beans/onion, bacon) and mashed potatoes, gravy. Just call in a cafe and ask "what's the lunch special" and have it ready to go when you get there or sit down and eat. We go around and get "to go" menus from our local restaurants so that we have a better idea what we want next time.
Personally, I simply going to have a V-8.

PB&J Sandwich with chips and a pickle should do well for you since you don't have a lot of time.

apple-peanut butter sandwiches. directions: slice apples like bread and spread peanut butter in the middle of two apple slices. serve w/ a glass of milk. very delicious!
