I don't have any answers but would just like to wish you good luck. I'm in the same boat as you. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 3 years too. I've had ultrasounds, surgery to check my tubes for blockages, my husbands been tested twice, and now I'm on clomid for the 2nd round at 100mg. I go Friday to have my progesterone level checked. Right now I'm having some cramping, no spotting, but off and on pain. I don't want to get excited but each month it's this roller coaster of emotions.
Just wanted to let you know that I can relate and wish the best for you. Also any tips or advice you've received along your journey would be appreciated.

You need to go to your Dr and let him do an ultrasound to make sure things are doing well.
Yes I did experience light bleeding several times during one of my pregnancies, it coincided each time my period should have come around
Bleeding could also be from a blighted ovum. Which means the placenta and the sac or amniotic fluid grows but not the baby.
It could be a low implantation which could cause you a problem later. If the placenta is growing over the opening to the womb.
You need to go to the Doctor and let him check.
Sometimes the hormones that are suppose to kick in after implantation do not and you may be low on that hormone. Which could lead to a miscarriage.
Bottom line is go to your OB DR and tell him.

Could be--it's hard to tell. What does the doc say? Why isn't he taking blood to see what your HCG levels are? (When you're pregnant, they should double every two days.) If you aren't pregnant this time, I suggest going to a fertility specialist. They concentrate only on getting women pregnant so they know the latest techniques and can do tests other than just sonograms. Three years is too long to "just be patient." He should have already referred you to a fertility doc. My gyno who referred me said to have sex every other day for a year if you're under 35 and for six months if you're over. If you're not pregnant by then, it's time for a specialist. Also there's a very good PCOS, trying to conceive, and even pregnancy after infertility message board on iVillage.com. They're so knowledgeable and so supportive. That's where I was during the ordeal. Good luck!

Symptoms of pregnancy: Any or none of the following may be present
Missed or scant menstrual periods (It is important to note that some pregnany women experience a small amount of vaginal bleeding around the time of an expected period and mistake this for a regular period)
Breast tenderness
Fatigue
Nausea and vomiting (”morning sickness,” though it may occur at any time of day)
Frequent urination, irregular bowel movements, constipation
Mood swings
Bloating and weight gain
“Mask of pregnancy” (the slight darkening of the skin on the face)
In addition, a pelvic examination will show a softening of the cervix and an enlarged uterus after one month

Buy the book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler, I've been TTC for 9 months now, and now that I am reading the book, I'm starting to get to now my body, and the signs it gives me when I'm ovulating. I just bought it 2 weeks ago on eBay, it cost me $15. It has helped many couples that thought they couldn't conceive. Read it, I know you will like it.
About the bleeding, that just happened to me. I started my period 8/4, and then started spotting on 8/11. I went to the Dr. and they said it was "normal", that it's too soon to know if I'm pregnant. I'm sure mine is not implantation bleeding, I hope yours is!!

I have a few suggestions, but I still believe gynaes / doctor's advice is key.
1. Screen if both you & husband are ok. Sometimes its the man issue.
2. Take doctor's advice. But I have friends with success with IVF, but a little expensive
3. Chinese herb to strengthen the specific system. Need to check with TCM.
This qn is really not for layman, but the above is what I know.
Cheers,

Has he been checked out to confirm that his sperm are viable and how many there are? Also, have you purchased something that will tell you when you are ovulating? No matter when, or if, you are having a normal period, if you are ovulating, you should be able to conceive. Patience is necessary but you might as well be doing every thing you can to hurry it along.

this could be a try from Allah to tell in case you may face the worst and what you do at that element. First, attempt to accomplish the ablution slowly and precise and not dropping any water. Do it slowly and undergo in thoughts all your sins. in case you cry once you are trying this, don't be afraid. it somewhat is inspired to undergo in thoughts all our wrongdoings and ask Allah for forgiveness. next, in case you may bypass to a close-by mosque to need, do it. in any different case, in basic terms take a prayer mat out and start up off praying. sparkling your thoughts first and tell your self which you're worshipping Allah. no longer something stands on your way. Iblis will attempt to deviate you from doing all your prayers wisely. you mustn't enable him do it for he's the suitable enemy of the Muslims. attempt to pay interest on worshipping Allah as suitable as you may. Recite the Al-Fatihah and replicate on its meanings deeply. One reason we do it somewhat is with the help of our loss of honesty. We pray to Allah and confess all our wrongdoings yet we are disturbing approximately our on an widespread basis companies whilst we try this. How can Allah forgive us whilst we are no longer being honest whilst praying to him? we are so busy with our on an widespread basis lives that often we predict of that praying is this way of heavy weight and a waste of time (Naudhu' billah). All we can do is pray to Allah to maintain us in the on the instant direction, Islam. might Allah instruction manual us all.

Relax.
The next best thing to do.......
Sign up for a tour to the wild...must not be a romantic holiday or sunny beaches..
Go to India, or China Silk road. Rough it out for a week (no sex, please). Then spend a day or two together with your hubby relaxing in the comfort of a 5 star hotel, loving each other.
Then wait for the good news.
