Haynes and Chilton's are both good resources for this. You can pick up one for your model at any auto parts store

I prefer Haynes as one Chiltons covers everything from
GMC trucks to Chevy trucks 55-70 in the same manual
Haynes gets real specific 95-2000 Ford Ranger 4X4 that's all.
And last I looked their wiring diagrams are real specific. From the as builts from the Manufacturer
