I dated my mate for 1 year. We were then together exlusively for another your so we have been together for 2 years. THe family lives close by and I have never met them. What should I do?? Do you think my mate is hiding something???

Yes at the very, very least he is hiding his family from you. Whether there is something more sinister in the background doesn't matter. The fact is that people should realize that there is more then just one way to cheat on a person. You can cheat on some one with your time and your life. We get in a relationship not just to have intimate relations but also to share our lives, both the good and the bad. So not good ether way because it means theirs more then a chance that he might be hiding more from you then embarrassing relatives. When we feel good about ourselves and our lives we relate them to other people, and tend to hide want we feel bad and uncomfortable with. Alot of a relationship is getting past this, if he can't it might be time to reevaluate if this relationship really is working for you.
