JCB comes from a man called Jospeh Cyril Bamford who launched a range of diggers loaders and many more agriculutural equipment, they all have the JCB trademark in black and are bright yellow in colour (well when first bought!) So he's driving down the bypass with his dad on a loader or a digger holding up traffic x
