Next big management fad?

OK, kids, I'm a battle-scarred veteran of management by objective (MBO), re-engineering, total quality management and probably some other management "fads" that I have purged from my memory. What is the next emerging fad(s)?

To bring back mature experienced people into Management because they seem to be the only ones who know what the consumer wants.

Full-disclosure management with more public access to exec salaries, management decisions, etc beyond those already required by SOX and the SEC.
