As far as I know, you can make a pregnancy test two days after your sexual encounter. Symtomps can show three weeks later. But every pregnancy is different. Try to see a doctor. two weeks before my period my boobs ached..and I mean ached ..I had to get up at night and put on sports bras they hurt so bad...
I knew it then .. there was NO doubt in my mind..
Now I am 21 weeks pregnant with a little girl.

yep it can be a few days after conception, i had sore breasts, 2 weeks before i missed my period

yes you can - frequent urination, sore breasts..... I did a test two weeks after the sexual encounter in which I got pregnant and it was positive.

you can have symptoms that early.... go get a fact plus............. it should be able to tell you if you are pregnant
