I would try to trade him for a good RB. Try to get a guy like S. Jackson, Rudi, Johnson, Ronnie Brown. If you can't get one of them try to get a two for 1 like Chester Taylor and D. Mason. Something like that. Hopefully you have a Cowboy fan in your league, they tend to overpay for their players.

There are only three options when trading T.O. 1) Torry Holt 2) Marvin Harrison 3) Randy Moss. That is of course assuming you would like to replace him with another receiver.

well it depends on the rest of ur team if u have 2 good rb's than trade for like fitzgareld or anquan boldin or chris chambers some 1 like that if you dont than trade ur second runnin back and T.O for like Edggerin James or Rudi Johnson

if you go in with that attitude, you'll get robbed in any trade.
you can't just pick a player - find someone who drafted 2 RB with his first 2 picks and could use WR help. Offer TO and your #2 back, for his #2 back (which is probably who you would have got instead of TO) and #1 WR (or something like that).
