I know every person and situation are different, and skill is just as imprtant as size, but how small must a guy's penis be before it is just simply too small?

Forget about size, love the man and you'll enjoy his "small" pen. Medium to small is okay. It's only small when you can't see it.
Bear in mind that your finger can work wonders down there. But all men have a pen bigger than a finger. Although a very big pen definitely hurts, and will make you feel uncomfortable.

Well, to be honest with you, as long as you can make her reach orgasm, you are gold. I don't care if you have a one inch long garder snake, you make her reach that point, you aer the man. So, size does not amtter because there always will be people complaing it's too big or too small, you got to understand you can not satisfy everybody, only the one you are with or whatever.

i think too big is worse than too small. big hurts and there is much less room for positional experimentation becasue some are very uncomfortable in the man is big.
medium to a bit smaller is probably best. one bonus if it is somewhat smaller you can easily perform oral sex without feeling like you are being chocked to death when you try to go down all the way.

I once knew a couple, he was not able to function at all. He was in a wheel chair. She said that she would not trade him for anything! She said he more than made up for what didnt function. So I think it is definitely up to the person and how he uses what he has.

.... It all depends... But from what I have heard that once it's down to about 3 inches my friends say that they can no longer feel it... and 4 inches is marginaly there (some can, some can't)....
In either case, this is why oral is a man's best friend!
