Use a dark shade of lipliner & lipstick and trace the liner inside your lipline, then apply your lipstick ( matte ) to make your lips look smaller.

A good idea for fuller lips is to line them with a matching liner, and by matching I mean the color of your lips, just along the line of the lips, it will keep the lipstick from traveling through any lip lines you may have. Another good idea is to go for a neutral color, nothing overly bright or dark. Also using a gloss will draw attention to your lips, so you may want to avoid making them very shiny.
As for your lips, believe me most girls would love to have them, So don't feel too bad about drawing attention to them. At least you'll never have to pay for lip injections.

Get a light pink or neutral lipstick and then apply a thin coat of lipgloss. I have full lips too and people tell me I have beautiful lips every time. Then they ask what plumper I use. I don't. I just use what I've got! Liner is overrated.

Don't use anything dark or bright- it will make them stand out more. Go with more neutral colors. Also, you can use lipliner to your advantage- line your lips just slightly inside the natural line of your lips to make them appear slightly less full.

I would stick to a lip gloss and pick a natural color, like a pink or nude, depending on your skin tone. I think the sheerer the color the better. It will dress up the lips a bit without making them huge

to make 'fat' lips smaller, apply foundation over them and line them just inside the natural lip line! then fill in with a dark lipstick without gloss.
it makes ur lips look smaller and dainty! good luck

To cure fat lips apply a foundation, then put light liner and a subtle lipstick color, --neutral, soft pink... then put gloss over it.

I would wear only lip gloss, and try to find one that is in a neutral tone that matches your natural lip color

Don't go too dark, it'll make them stand out. Don't go too shiny, because shine tends to make them look full. Go for a nude pink color & matching liner. Try Almay
