I am looking for sites that I can put my business banner on, but I'm not wanting to pay a fee, are there any out there that are free?

There are a number of websites providing free classifieds. II have come across http://www.freewebs.com/freeclassifieds/ herein several websites providing free classifieds are linked. You may place as many free ads including banners as possible.
